McCulloch, 39, is facing 11 felony counts after police say he fired shots at a Kirkwood Trunk-or-Treat event last weekend. He is charged with five counts of armed criminal action, four counts of endangering the welfare of a child creating a substantial risk, and one count each of a terrorist threat and unlawful use of a weapon.

On Monday, the St. Louis County Police Department told First Alert 4 “As of October 19, 2023, Mr. McCulloch is no longer employed by our Department.”

McCulloch is the son of former St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch.

He remains in custody and will have a bond hearing on Friday, October 27.
